The Farmhouse can comfortably accommodate up to ten people. The main living and dining area, shown on the left, is ideal for a large group. The dining table can seat up to ten people and the open fireplace provides a cozy environment in the colder winter months. The lounge area inlcudes a digital television and DVD player |

There are three double bedrooms with the following configurations. Bedroom 1 – Includes 1 Queen and 2 Single Beds with own bathroom including toilet and shower. Bedroom 2 – Includes 4 Single Beds with own bathroom inlcuding toilet, shower and bathtub Bedroom 3 – Has 1 Queen bed and a single with an ensuite with toilet only. Linen will be provided for the number of houseguests required but only for existing beds. |

The back verandah is fully enclosed and has been set up as a children’s retreat with television and lounges |

The kitchen is fully equiped with all modern conveniences including dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove etc and includes breakfast bar. All plates, cutlery, glassware etc is provided for ten people. |
